Alexander McBath received his Bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary and earned his Juris Doctorate at Regent University School of Law. He represents a diverse range of closely held businesses and business-owners regarding general corporate matters and various other aspects of the business development cycle including intellectual property protection, startup structuring, financing, governance, licensing and growth strategies.
Alexander’s practice includes various intellectual property law matters, specifically, trademark and copyright protection and he serves various artists and creators in complex contract negotiations while also providing cutting-edge strategies for the protection and monetization of intellectual property (brand-related agreements, including licensing, joint ventures, vendor-talent, artwork releases, nondisclosure agreements, publicity rights and others).
Additionally, Alexander specializes in church law and enterprise ministries, providing over 5 years of experience in charitable tax law, non-profit compliance, complex management decisions, funding, employment and executive compensation matters. Alexander is licensed to practice law in all state courts within the Commonwealth of Virginia as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Crystal Brown serves as of counsel for M/LF. She received her Bachelor’s degree from University of Virginia, and earned her Master of Arts in Education from Regent University. Crystal earned her Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law, graduating Cum Laude.
Crystal has practiced law for almost 10 years. She focuses her practice on franchise law, trademark, contract drafting, entity formation, and various small business matters.
Crystal is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Crystal also serves as faculty at Regent University School of Law, directing the school’s online programs, and developing and teaching courses such as Legal Research and Writing, Constitutional Law, and Business Entities.
